Areas of ownership include:

  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded during their experience at our property from beginning to end including greeting the guest, helping guests navigate the menu, with close attention to allergens, keeping your tables on point, anticipating guest needs.
  • Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of floor and execute side work on each shift

Qualifications (Includes equipment knowledge/use):

  • 1+ years of experience serving in a full service restaurant
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must possess a ServSafe Card
  • Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time
  • Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware up to 50 lbs
  • Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time
