Areas of ownership include:
- Brand Ambassador for Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel – From the welcome to the goodbye {and everything in between} you are to ensure that guests expectations are exceeded as they experience our property.
- Day to day daily duties including include cleaning the pool and surrounding areas, such as locker rooms and bathrooms, and checking that equipment is available and in working order, towel service, and assisting in any other needs or requests from the guests.
Qualifications (Includes equipment knowledge/use):
- Previous pool attendant experience a plus, but not required, as long as you have a willingness to learn
- Customer service skills
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working outside in high heat and humidity
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist; you’re constantly on the move
Pay: $16.85 – $18/hr
