Areas of ownership include:

  • Assist in the reopening of the newly renovated restaurant: staff onboarding and training, BOH + FOH organization and setup, and establishing systems and procedures
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, including environment standards, staff support, reservation and guest management.
  • Assist in admin duties including scheduling, daily reports, inventory and ordering management.
  • Act as brand and guest ambassador with complete knowledge of all hotel + restaurant services, features, and local attractions & activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

Qualifications (Includes equipment knowledge/use):

  • 2-3 years Full Service Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must possess a Serf Safe Carde
  • Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time
  • Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware up to 50 lbs
  • Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time
