Areas of ownership include:
- Assist bartenders in keeping the bar clean and organized by bussing bar areas, keeping glasses and other bar equipment clean, products well-stocked and maintaining storage areas.
- Prepare necessary garnishes, syrups, juices, and/or batches according to Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel standards
- Work with fellow employees and management in a friendly and communicative manner to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a busser in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions and always willing to give and ask for help
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware up to 50 lbs
Pay: Minimum + tips
