We want a Restaurant Manager that will push the limits of accommodating our guests and team to make magic happen for others.

We will be serving scratch food, organic focused, vegan options with an incredibly interesting beverage program that also offers a shot and a beer.

We would like someone with incredible taste – a wide and broad knowledge base about high end offerings, and everything in between….but never pretentious.  We are very down to earth and are looking for someone that can carry that in their management style, while at the same time being able to carry on in detail about the most esoteric of foods or beverages.

Leadership and Systems:  

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager that is excited to lead a team of others that are also like minded and excited about what they do.

We would like to see experience OPENING a restaurant as this can be uniquely challenging and extremely rewarding to build a team.

We would like you to be excited about using the latest software and technology to keep things running smoothly.


This is the place people will travel to for their special events and we need a Restaurant Manager that works closely with the Chef, Bar Manager and GM to create special packages, moments and accommodations for guests. We will also offer you an unbelievable repertoire of special events, secret bars, secret concerts and mysterious invitations to offer guests.

This will be a place for the unknown – the unexpected –  if you have all the experience that you can thrive in this type of management role, but pushing the limits and going way outside the box excites you, then this might be the position for you.

We are truly looking for bad asses that are incredible at what they do but are not looking for an ordinary job, or ordinary life for that matter.

This job will be more than a job, its truly a community out here and we can’t wait to meet you!

Areas of ownership include: 

  • Spearheading the reopening of the newly renovated restaurant: plan, build, and direct the FOH operations for launch
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the restuarant, including compliance with health codes, food cost management, vendor/supplier contracts, budget, and inventory, as well as overseeing staff and managing guest experience to We Are Human Kind standards.

Qualifications (Includes equipment knowledge/use): 

  • 2-3 years as a Restaurant Manager
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to interpret a profit and loss statement
  • Must possess a Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time
  • Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware up to 50 lbs
  • Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time
