BUSSER

Areas of ownership include:

• Ensure a smooth and efficient service on the floor by stocking, cleaning, setting the table, providing water, prebussing tables, clearing and resetting tables for service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a busser in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required
• Team player; you’re always willing to give and ask for help
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist; you’re constantly on the move
• Ability to stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware up to 50lbs

Pay: Minimum + tips
